An invitation to members and coaching clients

The coaches and staff invite members to join them for a festive American Tournament followed by a Christmas party. As well as fun on court, there will be soup to keep you warm during the tournament and mulled wine and Bill’s famously delicious jerk chicken in the bar afterwards.

So come and celebrate the Christmas season and enjoy a great evening of friendly social tennis with convivial festivities in the bar afterwards. The tournament is open to all members whatever their playing level.

Coaching clients and members who are unable to make the tournament are warmly invited to join us for the Christmas party in the bar from 20:45.

RSVP no later than 14th December!
Tournament: to enter the tournament add your name to the entry form in the club house foyer. Entry fee is £6 payable on the night. There are only 27 places available, so don’t delay!

Christmas party only: RSVP to Dez at dez.lewington@sltcc.co.uk to let him know you are coming. There is a contribution of £2 for refreshments payable on the night.

On the day
All players should arrive by 18:45 so that initial pairings can be organised and play will start at 19:00 sharp. Please note that latecomers will forfeit their place in the tournament. Party with food and mulled wine from 20:45.
