The Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 June 2017 was attended by club members from all sections. There was a good turnout and many votes were cast via proxy – it was pleasing to see so many members getting involved in the project.

The two resolutions proposed were overwhelmingly supported, so the Club will move forward with Scheme 3 based on the current dump area adjacent to the Croquet lawn. Follow the link for the EGM minutes.

The Club, together with Fraher Architects, will now move on to the next stage, which will involve a pre-planning process with the London Borough of Bromley and a review of underground services beneath the site.

Also, it was agreed to set up a fundraising sub-committee, and we would welcome applications from members to join this group, especially anyone with relevant experience or boundless enthusiasm!
