Please provide us with a new direct debit mandate

We recently changed our direct debit arrangements and we are asking all members who currently pay by direct debit to complete a new direct debit mandate.  If you would like to renew your membership and continue paying by direct debit, please complete a new mandate and return it to the Membership Secretary by the end of June.  This will enable us to set up a new direct debit authorisation in time to take your first subscription payment in July.  Mandate forms are also available in the the leaflet rack in the club house foyer.

Please  leave your completed mandate in the Membership Secretary’s pigeon hole in the club house foyer or post  it to the address below:
