Club Annual General Meeting
The club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 22nd November 2012 at 8pm in the club house. All members are warmly invited to come along, meet the directors, elect the board and find out more about how the club is run.
AGM papers including the meeting agenda will be sent out three weeks prior to the meeting and will also be available on the website.
If you don’t receive your papers and would like another set sent to you, please contact us after 5th November.
10-year Development plan consultation
After the formal business of the AGM has been completed we will be holding a consultation forum to discuss the Club’s proposals for a 10-year development plan. The plan is still work-in-progress and there is further work required to complete it, but we would very much welcome members’ views on the broad direction being proposed.
The plan is now available to view here and also in the members section of the website and there are paper copies in the club foyer. The electronic copy is password protected (key in door code when prompted).
This is your opportunity to influence the future direction of the club and we strongly urge all members to come along to the meeting on 22nd November to have their say before the plan is finalised and put to the Board for approval.
