Be Present Yoga is now running  yoga classes every Monday evening in the club house.

So if you are feeling a bit tired and stiff or are exhausted looking after the children, then come and try yoga!  It will help re-energise you and stretch away any aches or blues!  No previous experience necessary!

Beginners:  18:15 to 19:15
General level:  19:15 to 20:45

All you need is your own yoga mat and warm clothes for the relaxation part of the class.  Drop-ins welcome. Please call or arrive 10 minutes early if you are new.

Prices:  £10 per class or book six classes for £9 each.
