Members Survey
Many thanks to everyone who responded to our Members survey a few months ago. You will find the full report here, which we hope you will find interesting.
The Club Board of Directors, committees and management have digested the feedback, and you will see that several items have already been actioned. The results will help to formulate Club development and strategy, and will be useful for grant and loan applications.
There were some specific comments that I will try to reply to individually over the next couple of weeks in order to clarify points.

Welfare Officer
A significant factor that came out of the report was a lack of knowledge around safeguarding matters, which is very important to us as a Club.
The Club’s Safeguarding Policy is available in the clubhouse foyer, as well as in the Members area of the website. This includes the procedure for reporting a concern in a tennis environment.
The principal contact is me, as Club Welfare Officer. There are Welfare Officer posters located around the Club with contact details. In my absence, Gillian Bartlett (Club Chair) and Keith McMillan (Director) currently act as my deputies.

World Cup on TV
The following matches will be shown live in the clubhouse bar next week:
Tuesday 29 November – Wales v England
Wednesday 30 November – Poland v Argentina
Thursday 1 December – Japan v Spain
Friday 2 December – Cameroon v Brazil
All matches kick off at 7.00pm.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club over the following hours between 26 November – 2 December: Saturday from 0900-1500, Monday 0900-1500, and Friday 1200-2100. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
Remember that the clubhouse bar is open Tuesday to Thursday evening from 1830-2130.
