Andrew Lewis Memorial – Saturday 15 April 2023
A gathering to commemorate the life of former Club Chair Andrew Lewis, who passed away at the end of 2022, will take place from 4.00-7.00pm in the clubhouse on 15 April. An opportunity to share memories and meet up with former members who have subsequently moved away.

Bill Buah Memorial Tournament & BBQ – Saturday 8 April 2023
This year we will be tying in with the LTA ‘Play Your Way To Wimbledon’ competition for Bill’s memorial tournament. For those new members, Bill was a much loved Club Coach for 14 years until his passing in January 2022.
The event will take place all on one day from 10.00-4.00pm on the Easter weekend – Men’s & Women’s doubles in short set format. Entry is open to anyone 19+ years (born before 2004) and with a World Tennis Number (WTN) between 20.0-40.9.
Winners go forward to a regional event with the chance to qualify for the Finals at the All England Club! Please contact me if you want to enter, or if you have any queries about your WTN, and I’ll provide more details.
There will also be an afternoon BBQ for players and anyone who wants to watch, and the bar will be open. Tickets will go on sale next weekend. 

Club Manager Hours
I will only be available at the Club the following hours between 11 – 17 March: Saturday from 0900-1500, and Friday 0900-1800. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
Remember that the bar is open Tuesday to Thursday evening from 6-30-9.30pm.
