American Doubles Tournament – Friday 26 May
All playing categories and nominated juniors are welcome to take part. The competition will start at 7.00pm. You will play a game of mixed doubles for 15 minutes before everything changes – the court you play on, the opposing team, and even your doubles partner! Find out more…

Court maintenance
The repair work to squash court 2 has taken a little longer than expected, so we are going to take the opportunity to complete a bit more work whilst the plaster is drying. This means that the court will be out of action until Thursday 4 May – reopening at 4.00pm.
Maintenance work will also commence on tennis courts 1 & 2 on Thursday 4 May. The courts will be out of action that day for moss treatment, which means only two courts will be available for club play in the evening. Follow up pressure washing of the courts will take place a couple of weeks afterwards. 

King’s Coronation Street Party – Sunday 7 May
Please remember to book your place to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III over the Bank Holiday weekend with our own version of a traditional ‘street party’ – full details here. There is no cost to attend, but we will ask all members to bring along food to share. 
We need to know that there are sufficient numbers by 1 May, so that we can confirm activities and food arrangements. Please book as soon as possible.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club the following hours between 29 April – 5 May: Saturday from 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1500, Monday 0900-1330, Tuesday 1200-2100, Wednesday 1800-2100, and Friday 0900-1200. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
Remember that the bar is open Monday to Thursday evening from 6-30-9.30pm.
